DIGITAINMENT's Personal Interaction
The personal service you get from DIGITAINMENT begins with your in-home consultation. One of our friendly and experienced sales representatives will arrive at your home on time for your prearranged appointment. After a brief introduction to our company and it's unique business model, our rep will help you plan the surround sound system of your dreams. They will answer all the questions you may have about home theater; as well as advise you on the design of your system. They'll help to educate you on:
- The capabilities and limitations of your various component options
- The design that would best fit the acoustic properties of each room's geometry, flooring material, and windows (yes these characteristics all play a part!)
- The balance of cost versus features in your particular installation

DIGITAINMENT's Installation Process Frequently a full home theater installation has to be done in several phases, because of other construction dependencies. For example, a system can be installed in the living room, but the remote outdoor rock speakers may not get installed until the landscaper is done finishing your backyard. This would require 2 phases on separate visits. When our team of trained and certified installers arrive on the scheduled day of the first phase, the Project Lead will introduce themselves and walk you through the installation plan for the day. They'll tell you about where wires will be run, where cutouts will be made in the wall or ceiling, and what furniture may have to be relocated for better access. |

Our goal is to send the same Lead when you schedule your
next phase (in this case, the outside zone). Not only are they familiar with your site installation, but they've been introduced and had
conversations with you the customer. Our Leads and Installers are all sensitive to the dust and debris they create during the installation
process. You can rest assured that the site is prepped at the start of each day, and cleaned at the end of each day. Your home is treated
with care and respect during each step of the project.
DIGITAINMENT's Finished Product - Functionality Are you tired of having 5 or 6 remotes lined up on the coffee table (or hidden in the couch cushions)? Can you remember which one goes with which component? Or better yet... do you remember how to USE each of them? We have a better option - one remote control that works the whole system. It can even be programmed to work with your existing components as well as the system we install. With a backlit display, and one touch operation, it doesn't take a computer programmer to operate it. One of our installers will handle all the programming and the Lead assigned to your installation will patiently walk you (and anyone else interested) through the use of the device. And don't worry; it won't "forget" it's programming when the batteries are changed out! |
