Our Process Schedule Install
Schedule Your Installation PDF Print E-mail

Call the office and tell them you'd like to schedule your installation.

The scheduler will pull up your quote and be able to determine how many installers and for how long

  • Most jobs are 1-2 days
  • Install days are Mon/Tues and Thurs/Fri
  • Arrival time is usually 7:30 am

Once in the calendar, your installation shows up as "BLOCKED" pending receipt of your deposit

Deposit is due 2 weeks in advance of your install

We operate of very little inventory and a "just-in-time" system to minimize costs

Deposit amount is 100% on audio and video equipment (including wire and cables).  The remaining labor estimated balance is due on arrival on day 1 of phase install

If you cancel your job we will refund 100% non-special order items, (Special Order items may have a 20% restocking fee).

Cancelations with less than 2 business days notice are subject to a minimum labor charge of 2 hrs per scheduled installer deducted from your deposit
