Customer Testimonials

August 13th, 2011

To whom it may concern,

I made the mistake of having someone else install my home entertainment center but was lucky enough to find Digitainment.

I have used Digitainment to update products and functions, balance my surround sound, adjust for best picture and boost my internet signal.

Service technicians are prompt and knowledgeable; I recommend Digitainment to everyone!

Best regards,

Tom

How does the DIGITAINMENT home theater installation process work?

We will arrange a conveniently-scheduled personal consultation from one of our specialists. They meet you at home and talk about what you're trying to accomplish. Depending on your goals and interests, we'll make suggestions about what the best approach might be, and what other options other customers request.

We answer technical questions, explain about our products, and bring up options that you may not have considered. Once we have a good feel for what you'd like to achieve, we sit down with our consultation notes and compile a personalized quote.

After that's emailed out to you, we remain available to clarify, answer questions, explain the industry technical jargon and make changes to the design. We'll usually touch base awhile down the road and see if an installation should be scheduled. Typically, the installation is scheduled several weeks in advance, on a day or days that's convenient for you, and when a certified installation team is available.

Here are the steps a typical customer goes through from initial contact to installation:

  1. SCHEDULING A CONSULTATION
  2. MEETING IN-HOME FOR YOUR DESIGN CONSULTATION
  3. REVIEWING THE QUOTE
  4. REQUESTING QUOTE REVISIONS
  5. SHOPPING THE COMPETITON (there really isn't any!)
  6. SCHEDULING YOUR INSTALL
  7. SENDING IN YOUR DEPOSIT
  8. INSTALLING YOUR SYSTEM
  9. UNDERSTANDING THE FINAL INVOICE

This process can take as little as 3 days, but typically about 3 weeks.  It depends on the scope of the job, coordination with other trades (cabinet makers, etc.), installation scheduling availability and product availability
