MX-450 BASIC REMOTE CONTROL INSTRUCTIONS WATCH CABLE/SATELLITE 1) Press MAIN 2) Press ON while aiming at TV 3) Now you can change channel, adjust volume go into guide, etc. WATCH BR DVD 1) Turn on system to watch TV (above) 2) Press MAIN 3) Press and hold BLU RAY DVD 4) DVD will turn on, you can now insert a movie or the movie that was in the disc tray will start LISTEN TO RADIO 1) Turn on system to watch TV (above) 2) Press MAIN 3) Press and hold RADIO 4) Change channel or adjust volume WATCH APPLE TV 1) Turn on system to watch TV (above) 2) Press MAIN 3) Press and hold APPLE TV 4) Press MAIN to wake up Apple TV if no picture in 30 seconds TURN ON Other Zones or YARD MUSIC 1) Turn on what you want to listen in the MAIN ROOM by following instructions above 2) Press MAIN 3) Press and hold ZONE2 4) Zone2 defaults to Cable/Satellite, but you can select any source listed TURN OFF SYSTEM 1) Press MAIN 2) Press OFF while aiming at the TV |

Digitainment Warranty
Any Digitainment customer that buys their equipment and pays to have Digitainment install that equipment and pays their balance in full, receives a limited lifetime customer service labor warranty, under normal use, for as long as they own the residence. Replacement equipment that is purchased from Digitainment will be reinstalled at no additional labor cost other than special remote control programming. For example, all Preference speakers Digitainment sells carry a manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty, so if they fail under normal use, the manufacturer would replace the speakers free of charge and Digitainment would remove and reinstall the new speakers no charge. If a customer has a problem with a TV Digitainment sold and installed that is under warranty, we will handle the warranty issue for the customer and take down TV and send in for repair and re-hang afterward. If it fails after the warranty, (2 years typically on Panasonic ) Digitainment will remove and reinstall another TV purchased through Digitainment with no labor charge. If a customer has a problem with a piece of equipment we sold and installed, we will try to resolve by phone. If working together, the issue cannot be resolved by phone, we will schedule a “free” customer service call with one of our technicians to resolve the issue. Customer service times are determined by Digitainment and are prioritized based on the nature of the issue. Most issues involve cleaning personnel knocking off emitters on devices and we will cover this cost the first time, but after that you may be charged. The second most common issue is cable box or satellite related, and those can usually be determined over the phone. Most issues are handled within 2-3 business days. We are a referral business and a system that doesn’t work, doesn’t generate referrals!
