Well, if you're like most people, you probably think we wrote these ourselves...but you'd be wrong.
We get a continuous barage of "love mail" as we like to call it. We've included a few and we'll back them up with a real person and phone number once we get their permission.

"We have had our system fully functional for about a week now. It ends up that the loss of sound we were experiencing was the fault of the ATT U-Verse cable box. Apparently there have been several upgrades in the box since we got ours nearly 4 years ago, so ours was replaced with the newest version.........All problems appear to be gone and we are now extremely happy.
Our new system is incredible! The capabilities of the system are fantastic including the picture, the clarity of the sound at nearly any volume, the Apple TV capabilities, the Universal remote and the Blue Ray. I can hardly believe our good fortune in finding Digitainment. The Bose system we were initially considering (equipment only without Apple TV and a Universal remote) cost nearly as much as the entire system from you including installation. Additionally your installation included speakers mounted in the celing of our family room, satellite speakers in our dining room. Also, we have a universal remote, apple TV and service before and after the sale that I have seldom experienced.
You were all very thorough providing considerable detail in developing the estimate, and always answering our multitude of questions. Johnathan and Ben did an excellent job with the installation and Johnathan was very helpful in explaining how everything works. We had "issues" with our existing cable box and you were all very helpful in narrowing down the exact problem making it easier for AT&T to fix the problem. Thank you for an excellent sytem, the great installation, and particularly the follow up."

Thank you for your follow-up. We were extremely satisfied with the work performed by Jonathan and Ben. They were on time, friendly and very professional.
When I initially thought about mounting our TV, I was expecting our drywall to be a mess afterwards. Yet, Jonathan and Ben performed the job so quickly and neatly – with only 2 small cuts, both covered by switch plates – I was just astounded. And they had their own vacuum to assist in the minor cleanup after the installation was done.
We’re looking at a bigger job downstairs after we do some remodeling in our kitchen and family room, involving a larger TV and a sound system with ceiling speakers; and we’ll definitely give you a call when we’re ready to go with that.

Just thought I'd tell you how great those in-wall speakers sound. I'm no audiophile, but my sense is that the sound is very low distortion. I can turn up the volume pretty loud, and it still sounds good.

The new system sounds great!! We should have done this years ago. It's definitely a different experience when watching movies. In hindsight, I am thinking we should have put speakers in every room (maybe we will have this in the next house). . .
